Shipping and Handling Charges: Charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge on your order prior to billing and shipping.
Shipment: We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS. Ground, 5-7 day(Business Days).
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Canada: Costs more and orders WILL have an additional shipping cost applied.
Delivery Time: Allow 6-14 business days for physical possession/delivery of any non-backordered items in the continental US.
Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Canada or those folks way across the big pond.
Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.
Returns and Exchanges:
*** Incorrect Size *** No charge for the exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays ALL return shipping charges. CHECK THE SIZING CHART to Ensure proper fit. 3/4 open face helmets typically run a size larger.
Original shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
*** Returns: We do not generally accept returns. If you must, you will be given store credit minus a 30% re-stocking fee.***
A return must be preauthorized by us and made within seven (7) days of your reciept, NO EXCEPTIONS. If your helmet is returned to us damaged, you will not receive a refund in any amount and you will get your damaged item returned to you COD.
Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect (that is a size other than what was ordered) item, no extra charges will be incurred. As long as it is our error. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge, provided it is returned in Brand New, NEVER used condition as when it was shipped in original packaging with tags, if any, attached.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders may be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. As long as it is returned UNUSED, Brand New, with tags attached. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charges to and from our location. The replacement item must be at least the value of the original item with additional costs paid for by you the customer if necessary.

EXCHANGE Shipping Instructions:
*MUST occurr within seven (7) days of carrier delivery receipt to you. We have date/time stamp from the delivery agent FedEx/USPS or UPS carrier so we are aware of the time and date it was delivered.
*Return via prepaid shipping agent UPS, USPS, FEDEX or DHL. YOU MUST have tracking availability added to your shipment along with insurance for full price of item.
*Insure shipment for full value of purchase.
*Place helmet within original shipping box into a NEW box for return shipment.
*If you are size exchanging, get it to us we will get the new one back to you.
*Enclose a copy of your emailed invoice along with a detailed note regarding your reason for the exchange and instructions.
*Packages received contrary to our instructions posted here WILL be refused and returned to you COD.
*You may only exchange one (1) time.
**International and Special Order items: All orders are FINAL. NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is charged on Florida instate orders as required by law.

Backordered Items: We don't backorder. If we don't have it and our distributors do not have it your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Policies: Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed accurate. Prices subject to change without notice as well as style modifications. Mistakenly posted prices on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.
Measurements: Helmet measurements vary from manufacturs. We do not accept responsibility for your helmet not fitting properly. Unfortunately that is the dilemma when ordering on the web. We will do our best to accomodate you and inform you prior to us shipping. Some helmets, even from the same company, may not fit as you measured. JUST FYI.

All of our products are inspected prior to shipping so we know they are in brand new factory condition, without flaws.
Keep in mind that if the product is damaged, during shipping, it is between you and the shipper, NOT Max Helmet Supply. We will never knowingly ship a damaged product, hence the reason we inspect all products prior to shipping. Please contact us in the event you recieve a damaged good and we will help you work it out with the shipping agent.

Exchanges are normally handled within 10 business days (Saturday and Sunday are NOT included).
